My professional expertise orients around two fields of study: human development and trauma healing. I have over a decade of study and practice in both areas, providing me with a wealth of experience to provide training and guidance for the deeper, transformative work of moving issues and ideas into action. I also work to create brave space for meaningful reflection, release and renewal. Please click the buttons below to see more detailed information about my areas of service.

- Stress Wounds: Gain insights into the impact of stress and trauma on the body. Learn how this part of the human experience changes our everyday experiences.
- The Art of Resilience: Resilience is a practice that must be cultivated daily. This topic is focused on the inner work of resilience, and how it effects our outward experiences.
- Inward for Impact: Focused specifically on service providers - this presentation includes concepts of compassion fatigue, secondary trauma, and burnout with a focus on resilience practices that will support them in work and in life.
- Resilient Leadership: Explore the role of stress, truth and power in every day leadership and learn strategies to support your team through times of change and challenge.
- Cultivating Cultures of Care: Learn about what it really means to be trauma-responsive and explore strategies that can move your organization in the right direction.

STRATEGIC SERVICES
Moving awareness into action is critical for true transformation. Unfortunately it's easy to get stuck in perpetual learning or busyness, and meaningful change gets delayed. I offer two strategic focus areas designed to move your company in the direction of people-centered practices. My services, which we will discuss during our initial strategy call, are customizable based on your budget and needs.
TRAUMA-RESPONSIVE SERVICES
Moving individual awareness into the collective consciousness of an organization requires intentional assessment and implementation of healthy policies and practices. I provide the experience, autonomy and focused guidance needed to implement trauma-responsive practices within nonprofit, educational and community-based settings. My lens on trauma is intersectional. I am not a DEI educator, but I do focus intentionally on rooting out cultures of white supremacy and patriarchy that deeply impact the ability to provide trauma-responsive care. My goal is to provide the holistic support you and your team need, so you can provide responsive support to your community.

RETREATS & CIRCLES
Supporting rest, reflection, release and renewal are four critical components of developing a resilient workforce. I work with organizations to design intentional time to focus on these four ingredients. My goal is to create brave space for relationships to grow, trust to deepen and purpose to thrive. I welcome an invitation to be one of many providers or the opportunity to produce a meaningful experience from start to finish. Circle experiences can occur one time to respond to a specific need or become a consistent, proactive community-building practice within your workplace.
